Angelo Kambitsis

Angelo Kambitsis oversees the construction and development division of Kambitsis Group, where he directs financial performance, strategic planning, and overall project execution. As Co-Founder, he blends business acumen with entrepreneurial drive — serving as the catalyst for growth, innovation, and disciplined expansion across the company’s hospitality portfolio.
With a rare combination of creativity, analytical skill, and leadership experience, Angelo has managed and delivered complex projects from concept through completion. His hands-on understanding of P&L management, infrastructure development, and operational systems ensures that every Kambitsis Group project is designed and built to perform.
Beyond the Group, Angelo serves as Chief Financial Officer of JME Group, a biotech firm in Paramus, NJ, where he helps bring cutting-edge technology to market and holds two U.S. patents as a credited inventor. He is also the founder of Aperon Inc., a New York–based technology company specializing in hospitality and e-commerce applications. Previously, he was Managing Director for GRC Construction and BJB Group LLC in Long Island City, NY — two of the fastest-growing development companies in the city. Across his career, he has completed more than $250 million in construction projects totaling over two million square feet of residential, commercial, and hospitality space.
Angelo’s reputation as a trusted builder has led him to serve as an expert witness for the New York District Attorney’s Office on matters of construction and compliance. His proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and on budget makes him a cornerstone of investor confidence within Kambitsis Group’s integrated development platform.
A graduate of Queens College with a degree in Finance, Angelo began his career founding Greco Roman Construction, quickly earning recognition for his integrity, precision, and leadership. Today, he continues to guide Kambitsis Group’s expansion — uniting construction excellence with hospitality vision to build destinations that endure and perform.

Peter Kambitsis is an international entrepreneur and hospitality visionary who has built, operated, and scaled a diverse portfolio of successful businesses across the United States and Greece. From launching fast-casual startups and fine-dining restaurants to developing multi-unit operations and franchise models, he has consistently turned concepts into high-performing hospitality brands.
As Founder and CEO of multiple restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and nightlife venues throughout New York City, Mr. Kambitsis oversees a portfolio generating more than $85 million in annual sales. His group’s growth reflects a deep understanding of market positioning, brand differentiation, and operational excellence — fundamentals that define enduring hospitality enterprises.
With over 30 years in the food and beverage industry, Peter has mastered every layer of the hospitality ecosystem: development, operations, financing, and brand strategy. His leadership experience extends from boutique concepts to large-scale, multi-unit rollouts across the Eastern United States. He has advised and collaborated with the National Restaurant Association, New York Restaurant Association, International Franchise Association, and Hotel Experience, and has partnered with leading developers and institutional stakeholders on strategic projects.
Peter’s expertise spans organizational design, performance optimization, team building, and leadership development — all anchored by an operator’s eye for detail and a developer’s long-term vision. His teams collectively manage more than 500 employees across high-performing venues recognized for exceptional revenue per square foot.
A graduate of Baruch College, Peter holds degrees in International Business and Marketing & Advertising. Based in New York City, he continues to expand his portfolio while mentoring emerging entrepreneurs and hospitality innovators.
